When customers send their query on Zaidesk Support Email, that email goes into Zaidesk as a new ticket and that Customer gets an registration link to set up a support account password. Thus customers can log into Zaidesk Customer Portal through these credentials.

On Zaidesk Customer Portal the customer can

  1. Set Up new password
  2. View ticket listing
  3. Reply to a ticket
  4. Close a ticket
  5. Create a new ticket
  6. Edit profile

There are two types of delete, Soft Delete after deleting a customer it will go into trashed customer listing ( Customers > Trashed Customers) and that customer will not be able to login into its customer portal. But that trashed customer still can submit tickets.

On Trashed customer page two options are provided Restore and Delete Forever. On deleting forever the customer will be deleted along with its data i.e tickets. This is called the Hard Delete. After hard delete, if the customer submits a ticket again then it will be treated as a new customer.

Go to Admin > Email > Ban Lists.

This contains all emails which are banned for this application. You can simply add, edit and delete email addresses.

Lets add an Email to ban list.

  1. Click on [Ban Email] button.
  2. Add the email you want to ban and select the status Active.
  3. Click on [Submit] button.
  4. Now that email will not be able to submit tickets.
