How ban list works?

Go to Admin > Email > Ban Lists.
This contains all emails which are banned for this application. You can simply add, edit and delete email addresses.
Lets add an Email to ban list.
- Click on [Ban Email] button.
- Add the email you want to ban and select the status Active.
- Click on [Submit] button.
- Now that email will not be able to submit tickets.
