On the tickets listing page, on the left panel various filters (From, Agent, Created, Status, priority, Type, Source and Group) are provided to see the filter results from tickets. You can save your specific applied filters as View for later use. To save a View:
1.All (All agents will have the access to that view)
2.Self(Only you will have the access to that view)
5.After entering the information, click the [Save] button.
Your entered view will be saved and started appearing on tickets listing page in views drop down.
