Zaidesk provides Graphical analysis to see reports of tickets depending on ticket status on different dates.In this section

1. Ticket Type drop down is provided.
2. Start and end date pickers
3. Day, week and month options are provided to see the reports accordingly.
4. Rating report is also provided that shows tickets depending upon its customer rating (bad or good).
5. Pdf option is also provided to download graphs in pdf form.
6. Graph for 7 days tickets separated by ticket statues is shown by default regardless of selected filters.
7. Second graph is showing all tickets separated by ticket statues as shown below.
