Record Keeping

We receive notification from getdpd.com when a new order is placed. Rather than creating tickets when receiving email from DPD (noreply@digitalproductdelivery.com) we want to keep DPD sale records separately. 

Lets create a “DPD Orders” Record Keeping Menu.

  1. Go to Admin > Manage > Workflow.
  2.  Click on [Create] button.
  3. In the Create Workflow section, enter name, execution order, target channel and status.

In Workflow Rules, in statement you can add email from where you want to keep data in records. In Workflow Action you will choose record keeping condition. After submitting this will appear under the Record Keeping menu on the top left on the dashboard.

Go to Record Keeping > DPD Orders, you can see all the orders. Clicking on [view] button, you can see the full details of the order.
