Zaidesk provides you the default URL (subdomain.ziadesk.com) by using your entered zaidesk subdomain name. You can create your custom URL.
Now again click the [Check DNS] button and After clicking submit button, the custom domain is successfully activated. Now both custom and default URL are alias of each other. But when the custom domain is enabled then all your zaidesk account emails (customer and agent signup, tickets, notifications etc) use a custom domain.
